Artist Requests:

Client to please provide: Area with 2 x chairs and 1 x table, plus shade/shelter if outdoors.

Booking Policies:

Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of the invoice is due on the day of your event. Payments can be made via Venmo @faeryfaces or cash. Gratuity is always appreciated.

Rescheduling: If the event needs to be rescheduled, 72 hours notice is required. The deposit can be applied to a future date as a one-time courtesy, subject to availability. Without 72 hours notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

Overtime: If more children attend the party than expected and you wish the artist to stay longer, additional time will be charged in 30 minute increments at the agreed hourly rate. Overtime is subject to artist availability.
Parking: When there are no free parking options, parking or valet costs are added to the balance.

Limits & Liability: Allergic Reactions, Health & Safety:

Allergic Reactions: Artist(s) are not liable for allergic reactions to paints. While we only use FDA approved cosmetic grade face painting supplies, guests with skin allergies or sensitive skin should either not participate, or have a patch test done at the beginning of the event.

Stains: Highly-pigmented paint colors may linger on the skin and can typically be removed within 24-48 hours with mild soap, water and washcloth.

Sickness & Skin Conditions: Artist(s) reserve the right to discreetly refuse service to any guest that appears to be sick or suffering from Covid-19, cold sores, conjunctivitis, ringworm, sunburn, eczema, any infectious skin condition or open wounds. These determinations are at the artist's discretion.

Young Children: For safety reasons, artist(s) will not paint anyone under the age of 2 without a parent/guardian present, or anyone who is unwilling. Upper arm designs are recommended for pre-schoolers.

Minors: Children must be supervised at all times. Their behavior and safety is the client’s and/or guardian’s responsibility. Under no circumstances will artist supervise children.

Work environment: You agree to provide a safe, clean environment for your party guests and the party host. No inappropriate behavior or language of any kind will be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Liability: Please be advised that we assume no responsibility or liability resulting from accidents or damage caused during your event to your guests and/or your property or the property of the venue. Artist will attempt to ensure that your home (or venue) and guests are treated with care; however, liability will lie strictly with the client. Liability will also lie with the client for any damage and/or injury caused to the artist, costumes and/or equipment by party guests or environmental factors at the event.

Covid-19: An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people are gathered and Faery Faces and their artists assume no liability.
